Tools: Rhino, Enscape, PS, Physical modelThis 20-story, 158 unit housing project creates a new urban landmark that preserves long views to Manhattan and Brooklyn while strengthening the public edge along the Gowanus Canal. The sculpted brick and glass form fills the zoning envelop and carved by a central void orienting each residence toward light, air, and the waterway. Ground-level retail and shared spaces activate the canal frontage, while upper terraces offer calm indoor-outdoor gathering areas. A comprehensive amenity suite supports contemporary living, forming a vertical neighborhood extending from its context.
